Spare parts for jaw crushers

There are four factors to consider when choosing jaw configuration

«compression effect» means that sharp profiles compress the rock, increase crushing efficiency and reduce wear «wear surface» means that sharp profile wears out quickly «passage of fines» means existence of «grooves» for faster passage «compaction prevention» means existence of «grooves» and ribs to prevent compaction

B-miner offers 5 standard tooth configurations made of three types of alloys. It is also possible to manufacture a jaw plate configuration with individual technical and technological characteristics.

  • Corrugated (wavy)
    Corrugated (wavy)
is suitable for crushing less abrasive materials. The optimal solution for small CSS. Maximum size control.
  • Coarse corrugated
    Coarse corrugated
is suitable for abrasive material with a high content of fines. Used for large CSS. Good maximum size control.
  • Sharp teeth
    Sharp teeth
is suitable for low-abrasive material with a high percentage of flakiness and fines content. Improved gripping ability. Precise maximum size control.
  • Heavy duty
    Heavy duty
is suitable for less abrasive materials. Optimal solution for small CSS. Maximum size control.
  • Wide teeth (universal)
    Wide teeth (universal)
is suitable for less abrasive materials. The optimal solution for small CSS. Maximum size control.

Optimal choice of jaw plates

Optimal choice of jaw plates should be based on feed material properties (friction ratio, fractional composition).

In order to increase the wear life of the liners and ensure more even wear, it is recommended to:

turn jaw plates on time (when the initial face has worn to its limit) correctly choose the configuration of jaw plates use correct angle of nip, CSS size and suitable padding Use correct configuration and feed method of raw material use the right alloy
